Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

  Package and Ship

  Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
